NADINE HADDAD EL HAJJ
 

Nadine has over 12 years of experience in the fields of development, evaluation, monitoring and research and has worked in more than 17 developing countries in the Middle East and North Africa on Development and Emergency programmes in various settings such as rural, urban and refugees camps, while taking into consideration crosscutting themes like Environment, Gender, Disability, Peace-building and child protection. 

She has been overseeing the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent  Societies for the past four years, providing technical support to the IFRC regional teams as well as to the 17 National societies present in the Region. This includes on the job training and coaching, in addition to capacity building interventions  related to strategic planning, change processes and result -based management. In addition, she has also gained vast experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments as well as Environmental Management including Solid Waste, Water and Waste water Management.  

Nadine holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural & Environmental Development from the Instituto Agronomico Mediterraneo de Zaragoza in Spain, and Bachelor's degree, in Environment & Urban Planning from the Universite Saint Joseph in Lebanon.
